Todd Groves

Lead alto saxophonist Todd Groves has been a member of the LHJO since the beginning.
He is a graduate of the University of the Arts and performs regularly in Philadelphia,
New York, New Jersey, and Delaware on saxophone, flute, and clarinet.
He is the house reed player at the Prince Music Theater, as well as a regular performer in
the other theaters in Philadelphia. In addition to the LHJO, Todd also plays in the Joe Sudler Swing Machine
and performs regularly with artists such as Natalie Cole, Lou Rawls, Michael Feinstein,
Aretha Franklin, Linda Eder, Grover Washington Jr., and many others.
Todd is on the music faculty at the University of Delaware.
