The Lars Halle Jazz Orchestra is available for event appearances. Chiefly, the LHJO performs its original big band music, but also dips into the standard repertoire of the heavy hitters, such as Count Basie, Stan Kenton, Gene Krupa, Thad Jones, Maynard Ferguson, and Buddy Rich. With enough notice, the LHJO can possibly also obtain music more suitable for dancing, though the band's strength is mainly in stage performance. If you are interested in hiring the LHJO to perform your event, you can obtain a promotional package by sending an email to Lars.
